Make a significant impact on science, healthcare, and society
Our R&D team is dedicated to exploring and developing new methodologies and improving processes to detect cancer early. Our core technology is a unique nanowire device capable of extracting 99% of exosomes, allowing the identification of promising biomarkers that others cannot even detect. From disease diagnoses to a better understanding of clinical biology, the team incorporates a broad set of disciplines including but not limited to biology, chemistry, data analytics, AI, and medicine to move toward our common goals.
We create a team of proactive, passionate, and dedicated professionals with a commitment to collective problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous self-development.
We sustain a caring meritocracy and a non-hierarchical and inclusive culture to create workplaces where promotions/positions/compensations are based on the demonstration of ability and potential.
We ensure working environments to be enjoyable, productive, and manageable with provided refreshments and a trust-based work time.

The data we see every day is exclusive to Craif owed to the nanowire device technology. It is exciting to know that R&D is advancing along with such comprehensive data and that I am the first person to have access to it. I’ve seen many people leave their careers as researchers, saying that if they want to do research, they’ll have to stay in academia or join a large company. I believe Craif is a great place where they can truly devote themselves to research. Of course, in addition to research activities, each of us can work on business strategy, recruitment, management, budget allocation, etcetera, as a representative of the division. It is the perfect environment for those who want to experience growth in a variety of ways.

The best and most rewarding part of working at Craif is that we get to create the culture of the entire team and see the growth curve of the company. Every member is involved with everything from the very beginning, from the process of creating evaluation standards and improving reproducibility to defining who should be the partners for manufacturing, as we work toward the practical application of the technology. I am motivated to grow by the thought that I will be the first to introduce this technology to the world. Working toward the same goal as a team and sharing the joy of achieving results is another advantage of being part of Craif.
